Order processing
Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Free shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all single orders over $200 before tax and after discounts. Orders must meet the $200 minimum in one transaction. Orders cannot be combined or modified after checkout.
Order changes and cancellations
Orders are final once placed. We do not allow modifications, additions, cancellations, or combining multiple orders. Please double-check your cart and shipping address before completing your purchase.
Product handling
All products are packaged securely to help ensure integrity during transit. Items are handled according to proper storage practices for research materials.
Lost or delayed packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, or if the carrier reports the shipment as lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
For packages marked as delivered but not received, you should gather any available supporting evidence, such as security camera footage or a filed police report.
USPeptideDirect is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages unless a Delivery Guarantee was purchased. Without Delivery Guarantee coverage, no replacements, refunds, or credits will be issued for carrier-related delivery issues.
Damaged shipments
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and product.
Without Delivery Guarantee coverage, USPeptideDirect is not able to replace or refund orders damaged during transit. Only Delivery Guarantee coverage provides protection for transit-related damage.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
