1. Research product return policy

Due to the nature of laboratory research products, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been shipped.

This helps protect product integrity, storage conditions, and supply chain consistency.

2. Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, missing an item, or contains an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or another suitable resolution depending on the issue.

3. Change of mind

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, accidental orders, incorrect product selection, or failure to read product descriptions before purchase.

4. Order cancellation

Orders are final once placed. Once an order has been placed, processed, packed, or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, modified, combined with another order, or changed.

5. Shipping delays

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, weather events, public holidays, peak-season volume, or circumstances outside our control.

Tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched, where available.

6. Incorrect shipping details

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, returned, stolen, or misdelivered parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, or if the carrier reports the shipment as lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

USPeptideDirect is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages unless a Delivery Guarantee was purchased. Without Delivery Guarantee coverage, no replacements, refunds, or credits will be issued for carrier-related delivery issues.

8. Returned parcels

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal, or non-collection, additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be resent.
